Announcements

MONDAY APRIL 17TH 2017

This month the meeting will start in the BEE YARD @ 5:30PM.

Jim will demonstrate how to make a couple of different type of splits from overwintered colonies.

Parking is allowed in the Bee Yard for this presentation. Veils are required in the Bee Yard.

After the demonstrations Karen will talk a little about the “Sentinel Hive” program. We will then pack up and move the rest of the meeting to our regular meeting room around 7 PM, when Karen will give her talk about the Bee Informed Partnership.

Beginners Half-Hour RE-NAMED

The “Beginners Half Hour” has been re-named. The new name is Beekeepers Q & A. Starting in February we will be meeting in our Regular meeting room at 6:30. So bring your questions, observations and notebooks so you can ask, and get answered those questions that too often don’t get asked during the regular meeting.
